Lush Cake...

I first tasted a Lush Cake was when one of my aunt made it for me for my birthday of 2010. I instantly fell in love with it and so did the rest of the family.

I can't help but to ask for the recipe and have been making them since then. It is for sure always a hit regardless if there's an occasion or not. Lately tho, I've been messing around with coloring LOL... so it doesn't look the same each time. But that's not the point of this post LOL...

Thing is... I thought of sharing this recipe with you since quite a few of my friends wanted to try to make this. So here it is...

The following are the ingredients that you'll need...

All purpose flour
Butter
Powdered sugar
Chopped pecan nuts
3 instant lemon pudding
3 8oz cream cheese
1 16oz cool whip
3 cups cold milk

Step One:
In a Large Bowl, add 2 Cups all purpose flour, 2 Softened butter sticks and 1 Cup chopped pecan nuts. Mix together by hand and spread flat to 9.63 x 13.38 grease pan.

Bake at 350F degree for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set aside to cool!

Step Two:
In a large bowl, beat 3 pkg 8oz softened cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip at a high speed (mixer) until fluffy.

Photobucket
Spread on top of step one (the pecan crust) and make sure crust is cold or cool before you spread it.

Step Three:
In a large bowl, beat 3 pkg instant lemon pudding and 3 Cups cold milk on high speed until mixture thickened.

Photobucket
Spread lemon pudding on top of step two.

Spread the rest of the cool whip over top of step three and sprinkle with chopped pecan nuts, then refrigerate overnight...

Then VOILA! Serve and enjoy!!! :)

If you by chance decided to try this recipe out, make sure you drop by again and lemme know what you think and if all possible, with pictures... Have a great one guys :)
